Variable Spring Hanger Supports
Variable Spring Supports accommodate thermal displacement in piping systems by exerting a variable supporting force through pre-compressed helical coil springs.
- Design Standard: MSS SP-58 / MSS SP-69 / ANSI B31.1
- Load Range: 5 kg up to 15,000 kg (in 21 standard sizes)
- Travel Range: ±25 mm, ±50 mm, ±100 mm, ±200 mm
- Configurations: Type A (Base Mounted), Type B, C, D (Top Attachment), Type E, F, G
Constant Load Spring Supports
Designed for piping systems subject to high thermal vertical movement where load transfer to critical nozzles or boilers must be restricted within ±6% deviation.
- Design Standard: MSS SP-58 Type 54, 55, 56
- Load Range: 100 kg to 20,000 kg
- Travel Range: Up to 300 mm total travel
- Mounting: Horizontal & Vertical Types
Rigid Pipe Supports & Assemblies
Non-yielding rigid support assemblies designed to anchor or guide pipes against vertical/lateral displacement and structural dead weight.
- Components: Riser Clamps, Pipe Saddles, U-Bolts, Beam Clamps
- Pipe Diameter: ½" NB to 60" NB
- Material Grade: IS 2062 Gr.B, ASTM A36, Stainless Steel 304/316
